A little bit of spice and the cherry sweet flavour make these preserved cherries a versatile accompaniment that can be used with any course from a smoked salmon entree, to oven roasted pork main, and then a chocolate cake dessert followed by a cheese platter ! 

                         



       Perfect with salmon or trout - try with hot smoked salmon and some crusty bread or pan roasted trout and fennel salad.   
 



         Tasman's Harvest Sweet & Spiced Cherries works really well in salads - use as a gourmet alternative to olives.
